We utilize Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) to ensure the availability, security, and performance of our backup data. At the server level, we perform monthly backups of all data. For our WP managed care clients using UpDraft, each client has their own personal bucket on AWS S3 to back up their website with every change made. This allows for quick restoration in case of any mistakes. For managed care clients, we promptly restore the WordPress website upon notification of any issues.
For our WP managed care clients, we utilize Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for The Newsletter plugin. Additionally, we replace the standard WordPress wp_mail() function with WP Offload SES Lite, ensuring that all WordPress emails are automatically sent through Amazon SES.
At the email server level, we integrate AWS SES DNS to enhance sending and receiving capabilities. Additionally, we ensure that MX, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records are properly configured. Exclusively used for WP managed care clients.
Our clients who use WP Courseware LMS with S3 Media Maestro retain full ownership of their data by backing up their assets to AWS S3. This allows them the flexibility to migrate to any server they prefer, without being restricted to Orlando Web Wizard.
